Taylor Swift has endorsed Tennessee Democrats Phil Bredesen and Jim Cooper, who are running for Senate and House of Representatives, respectively. “In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now,” she wrote on Instagram in a lengthy plea for her fans to register and vote. Taylor expressed her belief in “the fight for LGBTQ rights” and called “the racism” toward people of color “terrifying, sickening and prevalent.” She also slammed Marsha Blackburn, the Republican candidate for the Senate who was endorsed by President Donald Trump last week.

A former stylist is suing Nicki Minaj over a clothing bill. Claiming he spent thousands of dollars renting clothing from a wardrobe company for her to wear in 2017. Jridi alleges that Minaj never returned the clothes, and says he is now on the hook for $74,000.
