Taylor Swift didn’t let the rain stop her from performing at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Saturday night. She put on a concert in the downpour, which lasted throughout her entire concert. Fans took to social media after the show saying, “I just witnessed Taylor Swift singing for two hours in the POURING rain. We are not worthy.” Another wrote, “We were all soaking wet dancing in the rain and I may or may not get hypothermia, but it was magic and I’m never gonna forget it!”
Taylor made time to celebrate Selena Gomez’s 26th birthday the. She took to Instagram to share a photo of a cake with pink frosting and the words “Gomez or Go Home” written on it. “Will I let distance stop me from celebrating my best friend’s birthday?” Swift captioned the image. “I MEAN I COULD, BUT WHY WOULD I WANT TO.”
Migos rapper Offset, aka Cardi B’s baby daddy, was arrested for gun and drug possession outside of Atlanta, Georgia, over the weekend–just 10 days after his wife Cardi B gave birth to their daughter. Reports are that he was pulled over for making an improper lane change. Police smelled marijuana and searched his car, in which they found three handguns, less than an ounce of weed and $107,000 in cash. He was released after posting $17,000 on Saturday and Cardi B shared an Instagram story confirming he was home. Offset’s lawyer says that the rapper was targeted because he’s black and successful.
Cardi B recently took to Instagram to reveal that Chipotle had given her a lifetime supply of free chips and guacamole. The rapper shared a video a white briefcase containing an enormous stack of “one free chips and guac” cards and gushed about the gift. The Chipotle fan also rapped the line from “Dinero” that references the snack: “Talk behind my back, but never up in my face, though / I just want my money, chips, guac, and queso”
